Squad and Kata practise

Squad is by invitation only. Impress Sensei Luke and Simon with your attitude  and ability and you might be invited.

Kata session is for Juniors and Seniors (over 10 years of age and Yellow belt or above) – just let Sensei Sandra know if you are interested.

Kyu SHin Kan Competition

Sunday 13th April, 2014 on a Bright Warm Spring day Luke rounded up 7  Junior Judoka and 4 Senior judoka to attend the Kyu Shin Kan competition at Basildon’s Eversly Centre with the following result.

1st Kyus and Dan Grades (meeting)

An opportunity for 1st Kyus (Senior Brown Belts) and all Black Belts to get together to discuss club issues.

If you are reading this, don’t be shy spread the word and come along to share your thoughts, ideas and grievances on club training – or just sit back and listen.
