9:30am to be put into groups of four. (Minute and half contest time).
Highest grade belt to be worn regardless of which organisation it is with

Boy’s & Girl’s Orange belts and 8 years + (2 min contest time)

Intermediate and Senior Kyu Grades (3 min Contest Time)
Dan Grade (5 Min Contest Time)
Veteran (3 min Contest Time)
Intermediates, Seniors, Dan Grades, and Veterans, to be weighed, and matched on the day.

The AEJF Competition Insurance caters for Judoka licensed by other Judo
Organisations, upto £10million.
THE A.E.J.F HAVE THE RIGHT TO AMALGAMATE WEIGHT GROUPS ON THE DAY
DUE TO LACK OF ENTRANTS.
There are no food facilities so a packed lunch is advised.
Current up to date licences must be shown on the day with a valid photo.
Licences will need to be taken to table as well as being checked on the door.
No licence no competition and no exceptions will be made for forgotten licences
