For Seniors not wishing to grade there  will be normal training but starting at 9:00

For Juniors Grading will start at 10:00,

Sorry no Foundation Session today (Foundation will be graded by their Sensei’s on a separate day)

Junior and Seniors wishing to  be considered for Grading up  please let Sensei know in advance if you have a good reason for not  attending today.
