Introduction to Kata for Orange Belts and above .

Junior Blues and Senior Greens must show kata for their grading – it is never to soon to start improving yourjudo by learning kata.

Judoka who know 2nd set NNK and 1st set KNK will get the opportunity to work on other sets or maybe other katas – it depends who attends!

Sooo – please will  any Senior Dan grades who can attend please help me out. If anyone is interested in teaching Kata style judo to Yellow belt judoka and under then these can be invited as well.
