Kata is an alternative to ‘fighting style judo’, but just as important.

This session is for all Juniors and Seniors (Foundation maybe invited but it depends on availability of instructors, ask Sensei Sam for advice).

Junior Blue belts looking for Brown must show some knowledge of kata.

Senior Green Belts looking for Blue and above must be competent at kata.

If you can help teach NNK, KNK ,  (or Kaeshi Kata, Juno Kata, or any other kata) please speak to Sensei John or Sandra ASAP

Sensei John has issued by Facebook invitations to Mersea JC, Ippon JC, Manor JC and Flying Dragons JC.

Lets hope we can get ‘everyone‘ from our club to attend.
