Kata training is for all juniors and seniors who are interested in learning kata style judo. Judoka should attend with a partner but if you want to learn some kata and don’t know who to ask then speak to Sensei Sandra or John and we will sort something out.

Junior Squad training is by invitation only. Your sensei’s are always watching you during normal training sessions, if your actions suggest you would enjoy squad training you will be invited for a trial session.
