All squad members MUST wear their squad jacket to the Blackwater Leisure Centre. Prompt arrival is necessary 10am for a 10:15 to 12:15 training period. Cost is £1

Additional training for others interestedon same day/time Kata –taught session of kime-no-kata.(traditional self-defence kata) and/or free practise of nage-no-kata or katame-no-kata. Please let Sensei Sandra know if you are interested cost £2
