Due to lack of available instructors this course is only for Yellow belts or above.

Instruction will be given for sets from  katame-no-kata and  nage-no-kata

If possible it is suggested that judoka turn up with a partner.

Fees are £3.50 per person

Time 10.00 till 1.00, assistance with getting mats out and putting them away is required
