Juniors – perfect the techniques required for your next grading. Higher grades should have looked at the syllabus and know what they need to work on. If  Sensei is satisfied that the group have a good knowledge of the techniques required for the next grading then variations and/or new technqiues may be worked on.

seniors – work on any syllabus techniques they are unsure of, and look at how they can be combined in counters and/or combinations.
