Randori and Fitness

Seniors: push your fitness to the limit whilst practicing safe judo. Challenge any 1st Kyu’s who are grading tomorrow but make sure they do not over do it and especially make sure they avoid any injuries

Juniors: Push your selves to the limit. Against lower grades practise perfect control of your techniques, but take the chance to work with judoka who are bigger,older or a higher grade than your self and attack, attack, attack.
