Seniors 9:30 to 10:30 – Improve your fitness by continuous  practice of tachiwaza techniques under randori conditions against a variety of partners. There are no winners or losers just good attempts to improve techniques.

with an opportunity for Mums and/or Dads to learn about timekeeping/recording

Juniors 10:30 to 11:30 – putting theory into practice against a variety of partners whilst improving fitness and stamina. No winners or losers, just trying your best.
