9am Weigh in for all white & yellow belts 8 years and above.
10:30am Weigh in for Orange belts & above.
1pm Weigh in for Intermediates, Seniors & Veterans.
All clubs attending this competition must provide a minimum of one official to help on the day, Could you please list there details with your entry form.

Spectator fees payable on the day Adults £2,Children 10 years and above & OAP’S £1
All under 8yrs to be on the mate by
9:30am to be put into groups of four. (Minute and half contest time).
Highest grade belt to be worn regardless of which organisation it is with
Only Four Trophies per Weight Category.
Boy’s & Girl’s White & Yellow belts 8 years + (2 min contest time)
U21 U25 U30 U35 U40 U45 U50 U55 U60 O60
Boy’s & Girl’s Orange belts and 8 years + (2 min contest time)
U21 U25 U30 U35 U40 U45 U50 U55 U60 O60
Intermediate and Senior Kyu Grades (3 min Contest Time)
Dan Grade (5 Min Contest Time)
Veteran (3 min Contest Time)
Intermediates, Seniors, Dan Grades, and Veterans, to be weighed, and matched on the day.

The AEJF Competition Insurance caters for Judoka licensed by other Judo
Organisations, upto £10million.
THE A.E.J.F HAVE THE RIGHT TO AMALGAMATE WEIGHT GROUPS ON THE DAY
DUE TO LACK OF ENTRANTS.
There are no food facilities so a packed lunch is advised.
Current up to date licences must be shown on the day with a valid photo.
Licences will need to be taken to table as well as being checked on the door.
No licence no competition and no exceptions will be made for forgotten licences
