Kate Dawson from Mersea Island Judo club will be running a general training day for all ages and abilities. Come and meet judoka from Stanway and Mersea Island clubs.

Seniors if you are reluctant to come because you don’t think your body can cope with 4 hours of judo don’t worry, just come and do what you can.
