Senior Session- because Club grading is being run concurrent to normal adult session, Seniors will start  start at 9.00 and finish at 10.00

• Normal training is Ne-waza techniques as required for grading and how they can be adapted for shiai.
• Any Adults grding to Yellow or Orange belt will be graded during this session. bring your licence.

Junior Session- will start at 10.00. Bring your license.

• Club Junior and Foundation grading. Juniors can leave before 1.30, so long as a parent has collected them
